Then we review adoption and results before expanding it. A larger build receives a separate quote or an agreed plan across several months.

Bring a process owner, representative materials, access to the relevant systems, and timely review. I handle the technical work within scope and document how the result is used.
People retain responsibility for consequential decisions. Qualified professionals review any regulated or specialist judgments.

I also offer operation and support for systems I implement. Routine support during implementation uses the partnership’s agreed capacity. Continued operation and maintenance after implementation are quoted for the systems and support required.
Hosting is charged separately. Before starting, we agree in writing on account access, ownership, support hours, response expectations, maintenance responsibilities, and handoff when the engagement ends.
The monthly fee and capacity are confirmed before work begins. Additional work is agreed separately.
