If you choose to submit your email for a personalized brief, we collect: your email address, the role/industry/company size you selected, and your quiz answers and scores.
We only collect this data when you explicitly submit the email form — not automatically.
Your results and contact information are sent to our team to prepare a personalized AI readiness brief for your company.
We may follow up by email about the brief. We won't add you to a marketing list or send unrelated emails.
Your brief is reviewed and personalized by our team before delivery. A real person checks every recommendation against your specific results.
The AI Readiness Scorecard does not use cookies.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate page view counts. It's cookieless and does not collect personal information.
Cloudflare hosts the website and delivers emails via Postmark. We may use an AI language model (such as Anthropic's Claude) to analyze your scores and help draft your personalized brief. Your results are always reviewed by our team before delivery.
We retain your submission only as long as needed to prepare and deliver your brief. After that, we delete it upon request.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing julio@e-string.com.
If you're in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, correction, and portability.
